If the most daunting part of the process is the management of your rental, we can help.
We can take the headache away from managing.
We get it. This is the part of vacation property ownership where things can go smooth as butter, or the wheels can completely come off. There’s communication with guests, screening guests, ensuring no scheduling snafus, getting the property listed on multiple channels, scheduling cleaners, maintenance issues, etc. It’s a lot to take on when you have a different full-time job.
We can help.
If you are considering having a vacation rental but feel a bit overwhelmed? Consider co-hosting as an option to get that income stream rolling for you without the overwhelm.

We charge 20% of the payout you receive, not including the cleaning fee. So, for an example, if the total price of the stay was $600, the cleaning fee was $75, the Host service fee (Airbnb fee) was $20.25, then we’d get: $115.95 and you’d pocket $388.80

The idea is that you can be as hands off as you would like. We will handle all of the marketing and we will get your property listed on multiple channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, Google Vacation Rentals, and Booking.com. We will be the gatekeeper for your property and try to make sure we always have excellent guests staying at your property. We will handle all of the guest communication, check-ins, check-outs, as well as be available to handle any issues that arise. We will coordinate all cleanings and any maintenance needs. We will handle submitting finances to all of the appropriate tax agencies and will provide monthly statements to you. In short, we strive to make your and your guests’ experience with us 5 star!

No problem at all. Your listing will always stay with you on Airbnb, and all of the reviews for the property stay connected to you. So you will have the added benefit, most likely of becoming a Superhost on Airbnb. We are always happy to hand the reigns back to you at any point. Some elements will no longer be a part of our systems we have in place, so you will either have to handle those aspects manually or set up some similar systems. But we’re happy to show you all of that.

We have found that the simplest method is that we collect all of the payouts from the various booking channels and then distribute the final collective payout to you for each month. We will subtract cleaning fees, credit card processing fees, taxes, any platform specific fees, maintenance and supplies, and the co-host fee. We will send a direct deposit each month for the previous month’s earnings along with a statement detailing everything.
If you’d like to have a conversation, we’re happy to meet up to discuss what you are thinking. There’s certainly no obligation.
